James Herrick

James C. Herrick, Jr. has been a plaintiff personal injury attorney in Wisconsin for more than 40 years. He received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Wisconsin in 1965 and 1968 respectively.

He has been a guest speaker for the State Bar of Wisconsin on an array of topics, including negligence update, evidence law and economic loss claims. He has also been a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin at Madison’s law school. He wrote a chapter in the book The Law of Damages.

John Herrick

John W. Herrick has been assisting plaintiff personal injury clients for more than 20 years. He was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar in 1990 after receiving his B.S. degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh in 1987 and his J.D. from Valparaiso University in 1990. He is BV® Distinguished™ Peer Review RatedSM by Martindale-Hubbell® and is a member of the Fond du Lac County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
